You're Beautiful mengisahkan tentang kehidupan seputar band idol grup di korea bernama A.N.JELL. semula grup ini hanya beranggotakan 3 orang (Tae Kyung,Jeremy,Shin Woo), namun karena keputusan sang produser maka grup A.N.JELL pun menambah satu anggotanya yaitu GO minam. Masalah pun mulai muncul saat tiba-tiba Go minam gagal melakukan operasi plastik dan harus beristirahan di amerika selama sebulan. Sang Manager pun yang bertanggung jawab atas operasi Go minam kelimpungan dibuatnya. Namun tanpa pikir panjang sang manager langsung mendatangi saudara kembar Go minam, Go minyu yang seorang wanita dan calon biarawati.



Sang manager pun memohon pada Go minyu untuk berpura-pura untuk menjadi Go minam selama sebulan yang tentu saja langsung di tolak oleh Go minyu. Namun akhirnya Go minyu pun bersedia untuk menggantikan posisi kakanya selama sebulan. masalhpun belum berakhir bagi Go minyu/minam karena selain harus berpura-pura menjadi Go minam, dia pun harus rela tinggal bersama anggota band A.N.JELL lainnya bersama-sama yang semuanya pria. Nah bisa di tebak kan gimana kelanjutannya kelak ^^
